Shipping & Returns

Some areas of Australia (such as remote locations, or islands) may incur additional shipping costs out of our control. In these instances, we will contact you with a quote to see if you are happy to go ahead. In instances where you do not wish to pay this additional shipping fee, we will offer a full refund.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags/shrink-wrap still on and be returned in original product packaging, with adequate protection to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

In the case of “change of mind” returns, the shipping will be arranged and paid for by the customer

In the case of a special order, a 20% restocking fee will apply

In the case of lost or damaged items, please respond to your order email with details and photos to allow us to make an insurance claim to the shipping company
